Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our guarantee-FULL 14 day from receipt of products money back guarantee(except shipping costs). Please note, any returns for orders with full or partial "free shipping" will have the cost of shipping the product to you deducted from your refund. Product must be returned in original condition with all tags and labels. Products must be returned insured at customers expense. Orders not shipped but submitted and then cancelled will still incur all credit card charges for processing. Games and such cannot be opened and then returned. Thanks for your understanding.

Delivery Times:
We guarantee a max. 36 hour ship-out of your order. You will be informed if any products are out of stock within 24 hours of your order being placed. Where possible, we will express-in the sold out product for you! Depending on your location, you will be presented with various speeds of delivery upon checkout, from overnight to snail mail!!
