Returns, Claims & Cancellation Policy

All items sold in store and online are brand new.  Some products may be opened to check the contents or to display in store.

We offer a 14 day return policy on most items.  To submit a return, please e-mail

All statues and collectible figures/figurines, gift cards, clearance, sale and discounted products are final sale.  

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, with the packaging intact and in the same condition as received.

Items that have been opened can not be returned unless it is damaged in transit or defective.  Clothing, apparel, jewelry, masks and accessories must be unworn and unused with all tags and packaging in original condition

Defective products can be exchanged for the same product.  All defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund.  Please note, minor cosmetic paint issues and packaging condition does not constitute as damaged or defective.  We will not guarantee any packaging condition and do not consider packaging to be the product.

Items damaged in transit will be handled based on whether shipping insurance was purchased at time of checkout.  If no insurance was purchased, we will attempt to file a claim with the carrier, however it will be up to their determination if a claim will be processed.  If shipping insurance was purchased, the process will be the same as above for defective products.  In either case, we may ask that you send pictures of the item, packaging and shipping box.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless it has been determined that the item was damaged in transit.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products being sent back to us unless we arranged the return shipping.

When returning an item, please send it back in the original shipping box, or a box that is of appropriate size for the item.  Please use bubble wrap or other box filler (packing peanuts, newspaper, etc) to protect the product. Do not place the shipping label directly on the product or it will result in no refund.  If we receive the item in less than original condition or damaged because of poor packing on your part, you will receive less of a refund or no refund at all.

Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee (7% if paid with Sezzle)

Refunds will be provided within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the return.  Depending on the method of payment, you should receive your refund within 3-5 business days after we receive the product.  Please be aware that some methods can take up to 30 days.  We have no control over the payment processors and how long it takes them to return the funds.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any undeliverable or returned items will be processed as a return, with the cost of the return shipping being deducted from any refund.

Customers requiring cancellation of an order or item(s) prior to shipping will be subject to a 5% processing fee (7% if paid through Sezzle).
